How do I place an order?
Call or WhatsApp us on +233 (0)54 266 4687, email sales@vanderbiltco.com, or use the form on this page. We reply with a quotation and confirm stock, expiry and delivery.
Where do you deliver?
Delivery is free within Accra. We deliver anywhere in Ghana, with the delivery time confirmed when you order.
How are prices set?
Each item has a standard list price. Your final price depends on order volume and credit terms, and is confirmed on the quotation. X-ray machines are priced per project.
How long will the film and contrast last?
Every quotation states the minimum remaining shelf life of the stock we will supply. All products come in the manufacturer's sealed packaging.
Do you install and service equipment?
Yes. Our contracted biomedical engineers handle installation, commissioning and maintenance; they install and service our printers and have experience installing X-ray, CT and MRI systems. Equipment comes with a 12-month warranty, and we offer service visits and annual service contracts after that.
Can you help us set up a new X-ray room or diagnostic centre?
Yes. We start with a site visit, advise on room design, shielding and power, and quote either supply only or a complete installed package. See Equipment & diagnostic centres.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are agreed when the order is confirmed. For imported equipment we usually take staged payments: an advance, then a payment on arrival, then the balance after installation.
